Those who agree with me and share the same passion towards the issue of college tuition being so high. It is time we take action! If we linger around talking about the issue the more people are not likely to attend school those people who are not attending school because of there current situation could be potently doctors, lawyers, or someone who could possibly find out the cure to the diseases that we have today that are incurable. Some might argue that these people will attend school soon enough but the more they delay these “could be doctors or lawyers” the more lives that these diseases could take. So let us take action against this. We can hold rallies, go to the capital with banners demanding that we want college tuition lowered, just something that shows we want a course of action took about the outrageous cost of college tuition. If not they lower college tuition we could say we will agree on a compromise that will meet both sides’ standards. If this happens the government will know that we want our education and will not be pushed around to pay the outrageous price of tuition that comes with it.

The whole point of the essay I chose to write about it is college tuition being so high. Why I chose this topic or issue because so many people now days want to attend college so they can lead a successful life but with college tuition being high it is holding them back for the education they should be getting to lead that successful life. Also with the economy so bad, it is not cheap attending school. What they could do, as a course of action is look at where they are spending the money that they say the tuition money is going towards so in that case, people money will not have gone for anything or they could

It’s been a great two or three weeks since my last blog had spring break last week. Now we back to schooling. For this weeks assignment what we have to talk about the responses we have gotten on our past blogs, even though that I don’t have many responses to my blogs most people seem to agree with me on the issue of college tuition. All the people share the same feelings as me on the issue they feel it’s too high and it’s expensive in this time of crisis with the country in a recession. I feel the people understand me with this issue because there are so many similarities such as, we are in the same age group, or that most of these people are also probably in the tedious process of attending college and paying the ridiculously high price of tuition, but you wouldn’t need to be in college to agree that college tuition is high if you just looked at the cost you say that is outrageously high price for college. With this comes an end to my blog a lot of people responded to them and I thank them and say still college tuition is to high and rising still.

Blog's Better

There are many key elements of blogging that other writing venues don’t have. For one thing that is its more convenient if your blogging online you can take your laptop anywhere with you and blogger where ever you feel like, another there key element about blogging is that when you write the whole world seems what you write so you get a better variety of people that understand what your speaking about. Another thing with writing is people seem to write more when they blog because they pour out there feelings in the writing and speak about things that other people in there age group seem to understand what there are talking about, and with blogging it seem s to attract younger people in to writing because when you blog its not something that is assigned to you but, rather something that you have feeling for or something that has happened to you. The reason I like to blog is because when I blog I know someone out there can see certain things I talk about from my perspective and understand where I’m coming from and also all the reason up above are some of the key elements of why I like blogging better then other writing venues.

blog summary

As of this week, what I have blogged about has been about the cost of tuition being so high. I’ve also had to look at what the opposition would say regarding my issue of tuition, and I have tried to convince the opposition to try and see my issue from my point of view. So all in all it been a great five weeks

The issue of college tuition being so high is a crucial thing there are very little ways I could think that could help the cost of tuition go down, yet I feel like there are certain little things that could happen to help the cost of tuition go down for example, like if we were to get more funding for schools like we are suppose to I’m sure the cost of tuition would drop a great deal, but there are obstacles that we must still overcome. Just because tuition is lower doesn’t necessarily mean its cheap for this people that complain about it could find various ways to pay for it. People who always say that they cant find scholarships are those who don’t try very hard, there are thousands of dollars in school funding money that is going to waste because don’t try and get those scholarships. If people would take the time to apply and search for the scholarships they could get it’s a possible means of paying for tuition. So there is a variety of was that could help us lower our tuition, also another way that the school itself could pull funding that isn’t needed to help that school out.

A stance the opposition would have on my issue is what I blogged on last week, this week I would like to try and convince the opposition to see my point of view. The first and foremost reason that so many students complain about the issue of tuition is because life isn’t cheap, people now days have so many issues with money because the economy is in recession. A lot of people are losing their jobs and a lot of some those people are college students. The second reason is because text books are also so expensive in college, with one already struggling to pay for school, there rent, car payments, and insurance they will definitely be going in to debt, and with them in debt there is no way they can get loan from the bank because let’s face it no one wants to lend money to someone in debt, plus the bank also charges more with their interest. So try and see from the student point view because I’m sure for some the people that graduated already that are on the opposition that when they were school it wasn’t cheap either, and now the cost has probably tripled or double since then.

There are many students that go to school that would agree with me on the issue of tuition being so high and is still rising. But one who opposes this issue would argue "that the reason that tuition is so expensive is because, the money students pay doesn’t only pay the teachers salaries but it also helps fund the programs that the students are involved and also the school are going to need the funding so that they can keep the school running, Also the money goes to different things that help better the school, So if we were to lower the tuition then the funding of the school wouldn’t be as much and also they would have to cut programs. From my point view I see where they are coming from because the schools have to keep running for us to get a higher education and if we wanted to participate in a program they would need a way to get funding for it. But I would still need an expiation on why the cost of tuition is still rising maybe it could be that were in an economic downturn or maybe because they are cutting the funding for school but it doesn’t explain why they must raise tuition.

Blog Issue

This week this blog is about finding two examples highlighting two key aspects of my blog last week. Well one example is that there are so many people not going to school because they are scared of the cost of tuition if they don't go then they are losing out on chances of them making there lifes better. Another example is that people that are in college as of now are poor or in debt because they have to pay for so much for tuition and books. Those people aren't are still going to be owing money even after they graduate because its not like they get a job right when they graduate it takes time.

Tuition

Why is tuition so high in some of the universities then some of the community colleges? I mean at the University of Utah the price of tuition is double the price of tuition that we pay at the community college. Also i think that we are getting a better education then some of the people at the U with our smaller class sizes the teachers is able to help the students more. If tuition wasn't so high i think there would more people going to school. Some people become discourged because they want to go to school but dont qualify for fincial aid and dont want to take out loans for school because they fear the payments they are going to have to pay back. I think that if one is going to pay so much for school they should get an education they pay for and not pay alot for school and get an education that they could have goetten for cheaper with teachers that could help because class sizes arent so much.
